My family bought two of these toothbrushes a few months ago. My father had used his before I had opened mine and complained that it didn’t clean his teeth. At first we thought it might have been because it wasn’t charged enough or maybe it was the brush head but that was not the case. We waited till it was fully charged and changed the brush head, neither of which helped. We called and asked to return the unopened toothbrush, to which we were told would not be possible even though my toothbrush was still sealed.
After getting fed up with trying to get a refund I started using the toothbrush. I have been using this toothbrush for a few months now and I find that I’m having the same issue as my father. It doesn’t clean my teeth well at all and I find myself having to brush my teeth for twice as long as suggested and I’m pressing very hard. Both of these are really bad for your teeth and isn’t what you want to have to do with such an expensive toothbrush.
I also really dislike the design of the case of the toothbrush I received. The top of it is made of a soft silicone type material which is possible one of the worst features. As soon as any dust gets onto the case it is stuck there. It really is impossible to keep clean. And from past experience with this type of material it will not last and will eventually disintegrate.
The head of the toothbrush is also super flexible which is a bit unnerving when you brush your teeth because you feel as though you may snap it.

Finally a water flosser that has taken the basics into consideration, based on my experience coming from a portable Waterpik:
- Premium look and feel, Apple-like product
- Compact for traveling and easy to handle
- Powerful enough to get the job done
- USB-C charging, great no need for “another” charger.
- Excellent battery life with Lithium-Ion battery, enough to not remember when last charged with daily use but at least 3 weeks+
- Reservoir super easy to remove, clean and let dry
- Water pick-up line ensures water is sucked at any angle and when level is low.
- Battery charging & status light, so you know what’s going on
The only negatives are, though not deal breakers at all:
- Power button can be tricky to find if you let your finger off it mid flossing and it’s covered with water/mouthwash mixture, since it’s a recessed button so you have to keep your finger on it.
- Reservoir needs filling at least twice to get the job done unless you really quick, but the compactness of the unit makes up for this.
- Would be handy if the unit could be locked for travel, e.g hold power button for 3-5 seconds
You definitely won’t regret this purchase.
My friend convinced me to try the Pomadent and I am more than satisfied and happy. I travel a lot and having the ease of mind that my toothbrush's battery wont die on me whilst traveling is great. The brush itself is also amazingly comfortable and works great! Thanks Pomadent.
I can definitely feel a difference compared to the sonicare that I had.
I’ve also noticed that I was brushing way too hard and way too long with my previous toothbrush.

The design and the volume are perfect but the cleaning is disappointing - unfortunalety. After a week I switched to my old one since I always had an unclean feeling. I tried both brushes, none could convince.

I purchased the white flosser recently and I love it. The water pressure is great, it’s aesthetically pleasing, and easy to clean (which is different to other water flossers I’ve had). Highly recommend!
A whole new experience for dental care. Advantages are: minimal consumption of toothpaste, gentle polishing of the teeth, very quiet and ultra-light. The intervals when cleaning are extremely pleasant. Very practical when traveling due to the ultra-long battery life. We got used to the new format very quickly. Highly recommended!!! Never ever without pomabrush!

After the first brush I felt a remarkable difference on my teeth. The 30 second intervals helps navigate the brushing time and my teeth feel clean and fresh. The casing is also very sleek, and helps keep the brush and the container clean and muck-free.

I've been using this toothbrush for 2 years now and it couldn't be any better. I'm a frequent traveler, it's charging case is a game changer for me – I don't need to think when I need to charge my toothbrush and I know the brush is always protected when I'm traveling.
Spectacular toothbrush! My teeth felt like they've been to the spa. The silicone brush head even made my teeth feel polished. The built-in timer has made me more aware of how long to brush my teeth, and the overall weight of the brush has made me aware of the pressure I use (which obviously was too much before). Brushing my teeth is now a more meditative act of self care, where in the past it was a chore to get done. Thank you PomaDent!
I received the PomaBrush as a birthday gift. I get really excited about tech, so this was a super cool present to receive.
As somebody who doesn't brush for the recommended 2 minutes, the timer took some getting used to, as did the sensation. I've been using the silicone brush head, and I'll admit that it does feel strange, but the clean is pretty good. I'd recommend the brush for anybody looking to really invest in their dental and oral hygiene. :)
I love the minimalistic style, the clever timer built into the toothbrush and the effortless charging that the charging case offers. It’s the easiest that I’ve ever packed a toothbrush into my vanity case - nothing else gets wet and my toothbrush is safe and sound in it’s case. It feels like the “Apple product” of toothbrushes!
