Poma Warranty
Poma Warranty Policy
Your poma warranty is applicable to all pomabrush and pomafloss products. Brush heads, pomaclips, and/or other products are not included in this warranty.
The warranty starts on the original date of purchase and is valid for 1 year. If your poma product is defective during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge*. If you have received a replacement product, this does not extend the original warranty period.
In an unlikely event of defective device, please reach out to us through the Contact Form. We will respond to you within 1 tot 2 business days to assist.
While poma will cover all the warranty conditions, customers are still responsible for returning products to us, either by arranging their own courier or by delivering the item to our warehouse. The same applies to any return shipment back to the customer. Where feasible, we can assist with arranging a courier; however, all courier charges remain for the customer’s account.
Once the replacement request is validated, we will send you a replacement product within 5 to 8 business days.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, or damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage to the product
- Water damage to the charging case
- Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging
- Improper use
- The product being tampered with
- Repairs carried out by yourself
- The product being altered or used for commercial purposes
*poma will send you a like-for-like technical replacement, or if this is not possible, a device of a higher specification. We may not be able to supply a product of the same colour immediately.
